PSA – The Russell County PSA will have water service temporarily shut off in the following locations due to the rerouting of a water line:

  • Poor Farm

  • Tiller Trailer Park

  • Todd Hollow

  • Ridgewood (Lebanon, VA)

  • Rt 656

  • US Highway 19 to Lebanon Red-light @ Exit 1

Crews are actively working to complete the replacement, and service will be restored as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
